The Canon Law Society of Great Britain and Ireland has announced that it will not hold its 2021 annual conference in Galway Ireland next month. This is sad because this is the second year they have had to cancel and this is one of the best Canon Law Conferences in any year.
The alternative offering is a one day virtual conference on May 5, 2021 at 11 am Irish time. The cost to members is free. To access contact kate.dunn@gallowaydiocese.org.uk
There is one talk by Rev. Hans Zollner, S.J. on “Safeguarding Observations for the Evaluation and Revision of Canonical Penal Law” .
The AGM (annual general business meeting held under UK law) will also be held virtually for members only, at 2pm Irish time.
